“I was disappointed to learn that this hotel has a strict no-visitors policy, which wasn’t clear to me before my stay. I also felt that the staff’s communication was unfriendly. I think hotels should clearly disclose visitor policies in advance and enforce them respectfully.”

Well just started that people in the office are extremely rude not helpful whatsoever or accommodating to customers . My makeup bag and. My luggage was left in the room and I went back for it 3 days later and they threw it away ????

家人同行 · 親友出遊

The owners of the hotel were absolutely rude to myself and my family. We accidentally overpaid the Cash deposit and they refused to give us back the full amount we gave. And said that we were lying and we never gave the extra. Between our room and my family’s we had 4 rooms all of which had red ants and spiders. Mattresses were dirty. Just over all a horrible Motel would never stay there again.
