As I am walking out of the hotel, I have this sadness and I feel like I’m leaving home, even though I’ve been here only for four days. The staff made it feel like home with their kindness and attention to my needs.
During those four days, I had this struggle between wanting to see more of a great city like Tokyo, and between staying at the hotel and enjoy the impeccable hospitality, and the amazing views of the imperial Gardens and Palace, and at times, the views of Mount Fuji smiling down upon us from its snow cap.

The hotel exceeded all expectations in all regards. The staff were phenomenal! The way they catered to our needs as a family traveling with a toddler, was more than we could have anticipated. I have nothing but praise.
