The most unbelievable property we have ever stayed in! Everything was so perfect!!

Excellent Stay with My Family My family and I had an exceptional stay at JW Marriott Hotel Tokyo. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and impeccably maintained. From the moment we arrived, the staff provided outstanding service and made us feel genuinely welcomed. Our room was spacious, spotless, and extremely comfortable, with excellent amenities and beautiful views. The hotel’s convenient location made it easy to explore Tokyo while enjoying a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. What impressed us most was the exceptional hospitality and attention to detail demonstrated by every team member. Their professionalism, kindness, and dedication to guest satisfaction made our stay truly memorable. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and would highly recommend JW Marriott Hotel Tokyo to anyone visiting Tokyo, especially families seeking comfort, luxury, and outstanding service.

From the moment of arrival through departure, every interaction reflected professionalism, kindness, and a genuine commitment to making guests feel welcomed and cared for. The staff throughout the hotel consistently demonstrated an impressive level of attentiveness and grace. Whether at the front desk, concierge, housekeeping, restaurants, lounges, bell services, or behind the scenes, each member of the team contributed to an experience that felt seamless, thoughtful, and truly memorable. What stood out most was the way every detail seemed to be handled with care. The team anticipated needs before they were expressed, responded to requests with kindness and efficiency, and maintained an atmosphere of quiet excellence that made the stay both comfortable and special. This level of service is not accidental; it reflects strong leadership, excellent training, and a culture of pride in hospitality. For a hotel in Tokyo the rooms were extremely luxurious and spacious. They are also modern and extremely comfortable. I hope we have the opportunity to return someday.

The room was very clean and the bed and sheets were very comfortable! The oool and gym have amazing views.

One of the best hotels to stay at. The service was at another level. They have one of the best pools with one of the best views overlooking the city. The only negative is that you have to make a reservation, they only allow 10 people at a time and close at 9:30. Been there 3 times and they always claim they are full but there’s never more than six people at the pool of that size. I don’t understand the logic and why close at 9:30pm. Who do you bother by ataying open until midnight.

Everything was perfect, Except the Limited access to the pool ....

I never write reviews, however the staff at the JW in Tokyo go far and beyond excellence to make your stay and experience first class. From the time of your arrival until you leave and they all wave goodbye, you are made to feel special. Very nice experience.

The spa is amazing. The indoor pool on the 28th floor is incredible. Separate male and female dressing rooms and saunas are available.

Staff told me my room’s view is good, but it’s not. Against other building view.

The hotel was brand new. The rooms and the view were amazing. Staff were super helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.
