One of the best place you can stay in Tokyo during cherry blossom season. Staffs are would class too-notched helpful, passionate, and friendly. I am impressed by their omotenashi evolved to a new level that it’s not clinical but genuinely interested in you.

Out dated. Unsure how this hotel qualified for Forbes 2026. The best thing is the lobby…. Rooms are out dated. Shower heads are old. Bath rooms are old. Not worth the price. Breakfast was trash and mainly American food.

Sumptuous room, lots of features. Executive rooms included breakfast tea time & cocktail hour, spa etc. Most of the staff speak English but heavily accented like most of Japan

Great hotel, great food, has a seven eleven, what more can you ask for?

The Prince Sakura Tower Tokyo, Autograph Collection is clean and well-maintained. Our room was spacious and the amenities were excellent. Our room had air-conditioning, as well as an air purifier. Turn-down service was available and enjoyable. The Prince Sakura Tower Tokyo, Autograph Collection is located walking distance to Shinagawa Station, allowing easy access to the rest of the city. It is also centrally located and has sights to see in the community. The Sauna and Whirlpool services are unavailable to those with tattoos, unfortunately, but our room had a relaxing jet tub. The in-room dining service was quite expensive compared to previous experiences, as well as NADAMAN TAKANAWA PRIME was more expensive than expected. I recommend trying nearby local restaurants, such as Royal Host or 麺ダイニング たかなわ for a more affordable and authentic experience. The staff were able to accommodate an hour later checkout time, as well as book transportation to Narita airport on our behalf.

We did really love this property and thr gardens are beautiful but unfortunately there was a huge construction site right next door that completed blocked access to the train station. We weren't informed about this when we booked so we were pretty disappointed about that. We did not eat at the property so cannot comment on the restaurants.

55 years old Hotel not half what it was 15 years ago. Staff not friendly with Gaikokujin

Great hotel, rooms are spacious and clean, the property and gardens are beautiful and well maintained, staff is friendly and helpful, easy walk to train and metro, would definitely stay there again.

Great location near shinagawa station, construction around the area makes you detour walking around a bit especially if you’re lugging around suitcases / strollers. Beautiful garden attached to the hotel and the tower view rooms are incredible.
