Clean room Wonderful staff Good breakfast A lot of amenities Close to many tourist spots and transport from airport.

This place is so cool, got such a quirky way about it. Got a washing machine and tumble dryer that comes at no charge. Got everything you need nearby, street food, bars, restaurants, cafes. All the famous spots of George Town are near by like the street art. Defiantly would recommend this place.

Hotels is great, however it could do with sound proofing from the Call for prayers just up the road, unless you want be woken at first light each morning.

Clean hotel and close to many places to eat and enjoy a variety of ethnic cuisines

Poor service

The property is completely on autopilot. More of a hostel than a hotel. I stayed for 10 days and never saw anyone cleaning anything including my room. I moved hotels today and found a much better option for less money within walking distance.

On arrival, could not locate the reception area or person in charge, was informed I had booked a room with no window, which is not confirmed within the booking, no toilet roll, no coffee or tea making facilities as was informed that the machine is broken, it was in a terrible state the rooms are outdated and not fit for disabled people at all, tight confined toilet with shower above so unhygienic 🙁
