The room doesnt have ventilation. One of the cups in the room have a clear lipstick stain. The bed and bedsheet are old and due for change. This is my 4th time staying at this hotel but after this experience we have decided not to repeat our stay

Shopping options was ok,rooms needs restauration and paint, staff professional and helpful, vineyard clean .

Shops waking distances,rooms needs restauration and paint, staff very polite and helpful ,area safe and quiet, poor amenites, no fridge in rooms,wifi slow,tv reception bad,just one channel.some times sewer smelling in bathroom.

Another pleasant stay in this small, friendly hotel. Nice staff, comfortable single room & ticked all my boxes. Central, can walk everywhere, very quiet, clean and has character. Will certainly choose again when in Penang

I checked in around 5 and 5:30 to 7 something there’s no electricity!!! And the same night around 12 something the same thing happened. I booked 2 rooms and 1 room has no soap. I asked for soap they said the janitor is nowhere to be found. Terrible

They were not having enough glasses/coffee mugs to change. Cleaning was on call rather daily

Part of the Apple group in Penang, it’s a charming little hotel within easy walking of lots of restaurants, the historic centre and the pleasantly landscaped new waterside promenade. I had a single room which was perfectly adequate, had an extremely comfortable bed and overlooked the little garden courtyard. It was quiet at night and the staff were very friendly and helpful - particularly appreciated as my stay coincided with a stressful few days when the whole of Georgetown was without a water supply due to major engineering works. Will definitely return when in Penang.

Very expensive for what we got, we stayed at other hotel in kl for much cheaper and the quality of room was much higher. They have a unique decor thought but not worth the price. The color on the wall is very messed up and you can ear everything outside as if the window are not close. WiFi isn’t working half of the time and when it’s working it’s really slow. Also everything is a bit far.

Comfortable stay in good location close to bus routes and eateries.
