Great hotel. Only 20 minute walk from the train station. Rooms were clean and the property is beautiful. The food at both restaurants was amazing. The staff were kind. Absolutely reccomend.

Such an amazing hotel! the food options were great and the free breakfast is a must to start your day. We went to the pool at least once a day and it was amazing!

Pros: Checkin process was super fast and the reception staff were great. Executive suite room was nice and spacious. Nice king bed and comfortable pillows. Towel warmer was also a nice touch. Amenities were nice. Roof and pool were great. Cons: Rough neighborhood and a longer walk to sights. Bartender with the dreadlocks at the pool was a jerk.

We had a lovely stay at the Social Hub - Rome. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, travelling as a group with two children we had asked if the rooms could be next to each other a request the hotel accommodated. This made our stay so much easier! The hotel itself was very quiet and the pool area was lovely. Staff in every department were wonderful and kind. It’s easily accessible to the tram, but these could be very busy, which although totally outside the control of the hotel, may be something to consider when looking at staying here.

The room was clean and it’s a normal space for a hotel room. The hotel was nice, I like the set up, with work spaces, lounges inside and outside of the hotel. Very cool. The only thing is, if you want to go to Vatican City, which the majority of the things we wanted to do, including the Coliseum, we had to catch a taxi every day, twice a day. Taxi fare is expensive. And it takes about 25-30 mnts. Not whole of of things to do near the hotel.

Good facilities , food poor selection and expensive (breakfast €24.50) In a very scruffy area so taxis necessary at night.

This is a really cute place to stay, lots of outdoor spaces to sit and watch the day go by. Breakfast was very well done. Great property for the price!

New build hotel near Termini. Lovely gardens, social spaces, bars and pizza restaurant. Security on door. Tram stop 50m away and metro 20min walk. The hotel is a bit further out, so you have to use transport or walk 45mins to the centrico area. If a late arrival into Termini, us taxi to be safe. Room very clean and staff are great. Breakfast is expensive - so I used Nespresso for coffee and got croissant near by.

I never had my room cleaned the entire stay, the 3rd day I had requested multiple times to have my room cleaned no answers no sheets. It was not until 11pm when I came back from an excursion that I went down to speak with the night crew was things changed. Provided an upgraded room (that room also was never cleaned once lol). I was told I would be a oriority once I mentioned the bugs and new sheets no answer.
