Breakfast

The staff were helpful and were kind letting us have our room early after a long haul flight. It was clean a bit dated but we were happy.

Staff could have been a little friendlier but they were efficient. Room was beautifully decorated, clean, spacious and well thought out. Thanks for having coffee! Air conditioner was very noisy! Very close to train station and walkable to most tourist attractions.

Excelente hotel y ubicacion

Great staff, quick check in, great breakfast (fresh pastries, scramble eggs, bacon, pancakes, breads, cheese & deli meats, fruit, coffee) fantastic location (5 min walk from station, 30 min walk to colosseum, pantheon, trevi, spanish steps) The only downside was the wifi which did not work.

Great location, helpful staff, big choice of food at breakfast. Could do with hooks in bathroom, room was a bit claustrophobic as it had dark shutters to hide the awful view but we’d asked for a quiet room and it was definitely that. Plenty of good restaurants nearby and a few minutes from Termini for trains and buses.

Very spacious and clean room/bathroom. Everything was remodeled. Bed very comfortable. Great location. Very closed to train station.

Clean room. But long wait for the elevator. Quite loud thru out the night

Staff was great- but- jacuzzi took 8+ hours to heat, we were told 2. heated towel rack did not work. shower pressure too low, shower products cheap, only plastic cups in room, no glasses, Refridge only holds drinks they provided, we could not control temperature in the room, when asked to correct it still stayed too hot. my wife had to sleep in the living room area with the windows open . Edna at the desk was a great help for everything. It just seemed like the room had not been checked out prior to our check-in. breakfast buffet was good. Edna did send up a bottle of champagne for the inconvenience we had.

It’s okay not great
