Great location but staff were very stressed and angry at check in. Our room wouldn't unlock luckily a very lovely member of staff took us to another room. It's very minimal which was fine for us for 1 night but wouldn't stay longer.

The worst stay ever.

Affordable for some travelers but I don’t like to share the bathroom, $30 standard rooms shearing bathroom or $40 the lux room with your own bathroom, Breakfast not bad starting around 9:30 am and you have to ask the front desk to order it for you, it’s not a buffet, again it’s not for travelers used to major organized hotels and management and I believe they accept only cash if you book at site because the person on front desk will ask only cash no bank card, best way book through Expedia to make points transfer to money for future booking with Expedia.

When I arrived they did not find my booking I have to wait one hour also they do provide the towel

Room filthy, doesnt get cleaned. People still making noise late at night. Not a good hotel

I was not given any room , The hotel did not have any room available for me. I need my refund.

I got expedia discount, i didnt pay much for the stay. Still room smell bad. Comforter had a hole and blood stain on it. No chairs inside, couple of damaged plastic chairs in oatio covered with full dust. Patio for really unclean. Never stay here again even though its cheap.

I was checked in with my wife and given the keys for my room. At 2am, the front desk came to our room and requested a marriage certificate. Then, we were given option between booking another room cash or

Please do not stay in this hotel and cancel if you have already paid for even as you will regret your decision after looking in to the room. The room is filthy, infested with bed bugs, opened elecyrical and plumbing joints scattered all over the room. We have found trace of cigars and weed. Booked for three times familiy delux apartment felt like vomitting after entering the room. I had to book alternative hotel costing double the amount due to sort time. I have contacted Expedia to take this further as the hotel refusing to refund the amount. Please think twice as i will destroy all your good memories as we travelled 10 hours from Sahara and face with this slum like condition.

Good hotel, good price, good location. Cleaning and catering staff were brilliant, very helpful. The hotel reception was generally good. Customer is the real boss!
