The staff was so friendly and helpful at my arrival and departure. This hostel is in such a great location - near all the art museums, train stations for short and long distances, and at a walkable distance from so many must see places. Felt comfortable and safe with how secure the building was. The room was the prefect temperature given how extremely hot it was outside. Couldn’t have stayed at a better place!

Room was exceptionally clean. Friendly bar staff.

Amazing time at La Troupe, staff was extremely helpful and met amazing people in my room. Washer and dryer machines aren’t super reliable but they claim they never have issues so idk. Other than that food was excellent, room was the cleanest hostel I’ve ever stayed at, and vibes were impeccable.

The hotel is a hostel that was perfectly located in the middle of the city which was great. I hated that place Expedia advertised it as a hotel and never mentioned it to be a hostel. The room was a “deluxe “ which means I had a hotel room. Well first of all the room was small and the bathroom had mosquitoes and smelled like sewage. I did not shower during my stay here and had to book another hotel nearby. The breakfast was good

Me gustó mucho la ubicación y los servicios que presta. Nosotros somos una familia de 4 y rentamos una habitación privada, no tuvimos la experiencia de convivir con gente desconocida que podría tener sus retos.

Great room, great staff, great location

Place I did pay for 5 days and wend I get to there they did not have rooms. I was really desapoited whit expidia. To sponsor this place I can said is terror

Excellent sleeping pods, great shower. Friendly helpful staff. The location is simply superb. Five minute walk from Atocha train / subway station.

Ubicación estratégica, muy bien conectada a todo madrid y aeropuerto, instalaciones funcionales y ambientes agaradables, el staff muy amable y tuve apoyo inmediato cuando tuve preguntas… para ser un hostal la limpieza es buena pero la ventilación no lo es del todo en las habitaciones, en ocasiones se encierra el olor, la extracción de olores debe de mejorar o bien la ventilación de habitaciones. Por lo demás todo muy ameno. Recomendadisimo.
