Amazing stay - great location and very helpful recommendations from the team there.

We had a great stay here. Room was really clean, staff were very friendly and welcoming. The view was amazing.. would stay there just for far again. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely!

Very clean and spacious renovated rooms with AC. Rafaela was very kind and helpfull with recomendations on things to do and how to get arround the city.

Great hotel that was very modern and clean. The location is also very convenient to the main train station. Everything we needed was within a 45 min walk so we never needed to use any buses or public transit during our couple days in Florence. The staff is also very nice and helpful.

Le très bel accueil et la propreté de la chambre très agréable et bien décorée!

The hotel is about a 15-20 walk to most historical locations in Florence. Our room was large on the fourth floor with a great view. The hotel is mostly like a bed and breakfast as it doesn’t have a main hotel lobby to enter from as the hotel starts on the 3rd and 4th floors. We enjoyed the relaxed location of the hotel as it was across the street from a nice park and bus stops are conveniently close. Our room was cleaned and made up everyday and everything was in working order.

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff, convenient location (tram to train station is right around the corner), walkable to everywhere, AC worked great in the heat wave. Gorgeous view from my room (102). Thank you!

Great location$

What a nice surprise! We've stayed at the Essence Hotel for only one night, and the stay couldn't be better. The room was spacious, with a very nice view of Firenze. Location was great, only 15 min walking from the Santa Maria Novella train station. And Rafaella, from the front desk, was so lovely with us.
