Brilliant stay! Excellent customer service! Nice cafe and restaurent!!

Great location, easy parking across the street. Only one suggestion, give guest a top sheet during warm months, the heavy cover is too hot. I would have roasted if I hadn’t asked for one.

One of the best city hotels I've stayed at. The property was very clean, the amenities were excellent, and the rooms were spacious (knowing city hotels are usually very small). One feature I especially appreciated was the ability to text the front desk. I accidentally left my "Do Not Disturb" sign on, and they texted to check whether it was intentional so they could clean my room if needed. That level of attentiveness really showed how much they prioritize both guest service and cleanliness. The hotel is also about a five-minute walk to the metro, and Ubers to all the major tourist attractions were inexpensive. I would definitely stay here again.

Location is perfect for 10 to 20 minute walks to restaurants and attractions. The hotel is spotless and the rooms are fabulous! Staff is above and beyond and made or 2 stays wonderful. The restaurant is closed but the breakfast room service was fantastic! The rooftop bar is very cool and saw a few celebrity News anchors having cocktails 🍸 The drinks are amazing! Pricey but worth it and lastly Matthew in the management team really hooked us up after a mix up with our room reservation and exceeded our expectation! Will be returning next month and we’ve found our new home in DC

Nice stay clean hotel!!!!

Clean room, great breakfast

Check-in/Check-out: Fast and easy. No hassle at all. Staff: Super friendly and helpful. Housekeeping checked with us daily to see if we needed the room cleaned, which we appreciated. The security guards open the entrance doors for you during the day, and at night you use your room key to access the hotel — made us feel very safe. Location: Perfect. Safe area and easy walking distance to all the tourist attractions and Chinatown. Huge bonus: Wise Guys Pizza is right on the corner to the left of the building and open until 4am for late-night cravings. Highlight: A big thank you for the free breakfast voucher on our first day in recognition of my husband’s service as a Marine Corps veteran. That meant a lot to us. One note: The only downside was the urban fee at $35/night plus a sustainability fee of $5.58/night. Also no free breakfast after day one 😅. Overall: We loved our 5-night stay. Great service, great location, and thoughtful staff. We will definitely be back.

This hotel was a very pleasant surprise. I thought it would be very basic like a Moxy, the room was clean, and they had a nice little work area instead of a huge lobby, BUT they managed the temperature, which was annoying, when it was 100+. The friendly front desk staff made up for it. What I liked the most is the asst manager in the bar during the fireworks held his ground and maintained the party vibe, which tells me the overall hotel was well managed.

Excellent stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and everything exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again!

I loved the location and the premier room I stayed in was a lovely sized space for two!
