Our room was lovely. Clean and comfortable with a stunning view of the lagoon The location was perfect as it was near to the water bus stations and cone to walk to places.

El hotel esta bien ubicado, cerca de la parada del Vaporetto, lo cual es conveniente, no hay que caminar mas que un minuto y estas en el hotel. la parada del Vaporetto te lleva a el Aeropuerto de Venecia(Marco Polo), tambien puedes tomarlo en la Terminal de tren en Sta. Lucia. te recomiendo comprar un pase de vaporetto para movilizarse, con este pase pueden visitar las islas de murano, butano, Tortocelo, y otros puntos de la isla de venecia, mas economico y tienen el tiempo disponible para pasar buen rato...,no es un hotel para personas discapacitadas, ya que no cuenta con elevador... la vista al mar y las islas vecinas, y el aeropuerto, se ven desde la ventana. toto esta a distancia caminable tambien..15 a 25 minutos... todo esta senalizado, solo que hay que buscar los rotulos... El google map trabaja muy bien para no perderse...

Nos entregaron la habitación antes de tiempo y pudimos dejar el equipaje. La habitación muy limpia, el personal muy amable y la ubicación perfecta para salir, caminar y conocer

Great location in a more peaceful part of the city away from the centre and right next to an Vaporetto stop, although in turn that meant there was a fair bit of noise. Not terrible, and the room was double glazed, but something to bear in mind if you like quiet. Everything was pretty good with only one complaint - the single bed. I knew it would be single, but it was pretty small, even for a single; but also pretty cramped with a bunk above it. Yes the bunk was folded up - but it still protruded far from the wall and was very low. Good service, nice and clean, good bathrooms. Just the bed issue.

Only stayed one night but loved it! Very clean, newly renovated. Great bathroom and the view is fabulous!! Location is quiet and great restaurants right on the doorstep. It's a little noisy with the ferry and water taxis going by but ear plugs help greatly and they actually provide them. I'd return again! You're also right beside the water bus pick up and you can keep an eye on the queue from the room. Make sure you get your ticket for the airport water bus beforehand and get in line at least 15 mins before pick up.

The staff were helpful, I was grateful for the help. There wasn't always a staff member available and had to wait, didn't answer on WhatsApp

Room and bathroom were clean, and the location was great.

Spacious room. Great location. Close to ferry stop. Within walking distance of the main areas.

Great hotel. Our room was on the second floor and looked out onto the water. A wonderful view! Hotel was very clean and well maintained. For breakfast, we received a voucher for the cafe nearby. If you book here, my advice is to take the vaporetto from the train station (or wherever you're coming from). The vaporetto stops just outside the hotel. Otherwise, you'll need to cart your bags a long way.
