the rooms were very neglected, missing wall light fittings with exposed connections, everything felt grubby, the entrance to the building was awful, been used as a toilet for passers by

Dirty room, no iron provided after request during booking, doors do not shut properly, lack of toilet roll, stains on both beds

Great location, comfy bed, nice and clean.
Flat is very no frills which was fine for a one night business trip.
A lot of stairs to third floor so just keep that in mind if you’ve got big luggage.

Poorly maintained property; filthy and smelly entrance & hallway, holes in the front door stuffed with paper so anyone could break in easily, drafty & noisy windows, stained walls and radiators, etc. Never again.

Lovely apartment, very cosy and had all the amenities you could need. We were a bit confused with the sofa bed as no instructions were left but they were quick to reply to a message to help us.

I had to reach out twice to get the lock box code sent over to me. First impression of hallway not so great and lots of flights of stairs, but once in the property it was very spacious, clean and exactly what we needed. Sirens and things going by during the night are loud but it is London.. Would stay again as location is great for what we needed.
