Lovely hotel perfect location for me. Excellent staff and service. Rooms are clean and spacious and updated. Would be better if the pool and sauna were open

Our room was beautiful. We were there during heat wave and the air had a hard time keeping up. They came right away and fixed it so we were comfortable. Breakfast is lovely and staff are lovely.

It’s a great hotel to stay at, with spacious rooms and a classic design.

The room was large with adequate storage. Bathroom dated but spacious. Housekeeping maintained best standards and practices. Staff very polite and helpful particularly in the bars.

I never felt unsafe in a hotel before. On our first day an employee or contractor of the hotel entered our room while we were watching TV. No knock, just entered. He was still in his white painters outfit. We yelled for him to get out and he did. We called the hotel desk and the hotel claims no one ever entered our room. Later that same night after we were in bed the front desk called saying someone was coming to our room to pick up a small bag left in the bathroom. At first the hotel was applogetic and sent a bottle of wine to the room. Now, the hotel maintains this did not even occur. I will not trust them again with me or my family's security.

Always a pleasant stay at the landmark. Staff are attentive and look after you very well. The restaurant is top notch. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Will be back again soon.

Beautiful hotel, staff were amazing, given a complimentary upgrade which was lovely. Pool and sauna were not available which was disappointing and the hotel does not have parking again with the amount you’re paying you’d think these would be available.

The hotel is outstanding in every way, starting with the stunning entry into the atrium. The staff are all incredible - friendly, helpful and caring. A special shoutout to one of the concierge team members, Freddie.
