I had a great experience staying at this hotel ! I stayed there from June 5- June 10, 2026. The staff were really helpful to me especially Kathy. The only thing I would point out is when the water runs out from the lobby they need to fill it more often. Especially in this humid weather.

A/C did not work in the room initially provided and staff probably knew about it as the window was left open when we checked in. We did not realize it until we closed the window and had to move room in the middle of the night. Breakfast was good but too crowded to find place to sit.

Staff was great and hotel was clean. 3 elevators in the building so you were never waiting. Breakfast staff were great. Options were a bit limited. Scrambled eggs, pancakes, turkey sausage and bagels. Bathrooms in room were barn style doors which are pretty but not really functional for a small room as it didn't shut tight or lock. City view is a nice option but you have to look past the large power station next door. We were okay walking a couple blocks to dinner while the sun was out but chose not to at night. House of Thai was delicious.

Staff was good, breakfast was standard. Hotel seemed clean in all main areas. Only valet parking, they advertise as if it was free imo. Room got switched from two queen beds to one king. Had three, they put me into a king with a “pull out” couch. Well when my daughter pulled it out she said there were “pee stains all over it” so she tried sleeping on it as a couch and it was terrible. We all just ended up cramped onto the bed…

I’ve stayed several times love the comfortable rooms , love the breakfast in the morning ! And even though the hotel feels full when you’re out of your room you can’t tell when you’re in your room !

Bedbugs were discovered, we were moved at 3 AM with our baby, told the most we could be refunded was $67 and that pest control would need to investigate before further steps could be taken. No one has checked in with us or update us on whether those steps are actually being taken. It is neglect on the part of SpringHill Suites and Hotels.com.

El desayuno está bueno. La estación del tren mas cerca queda a 10 minutos caminando, si vas a Mahattan muchas veces se siente canzón.

The hotel itself was okay but the neighborhood is filled with people smoking non-stop.

Is the best one like close Manhattan and attraction
