clean room and good location. Staff are friendly especially the guy on the top floor

Clean room and nice staff

Convenient location near the subway, clean and modern building, nice rooms some with great views. The highlight was the observation deck, don’t miss that. But the Hotel lacked some amenities the travel hotels have such as free breakfast, coffee and tea, Internet, Moore Customer Service.

My only complaint was they gave us a room that was right above the kitchen. So in the evening when they’re cleaning up, we smelt a burnt smell through out the night for some reason and it was strong

I loved the hotel but I would say I asked for my room to be away from the elevator and I was given a room in front of the elevator. And I had to wait a really long time for a fridge, and lastly the AC wasn’t working at its full potential..

Had dinner & breakfast on site. Kind of pricey but worth it. Food done the way we like it. It’s also accessible to convenience stores & other restaurants, many choices.

​The room itself was perfectly clean, which was nice. The staff was okay, nothing over the top, just standard, basic greetings. ​However, the onsite breakfast place is a total rip off. They advertise a breakfast "special deal," but it's completely deceptive. We ordered the exact items listed on the special, but because we didn't explicitly say the word "special" when ordering, they charged us full price. Apparently, you have to say the magic word to get the deal they are actively advertising. A decent place to sleep, but skip the breakfast.
