Clean rooms,helpful staff

I stayed here after spraining my ankle and being unable to drive home. Kaela was an absolute angel and helped me so much going above and beyond. She is a gem and made my stay wonderful in spite of me only being able to walk on crutches.

The hotel is located very centrally in downtown Montreal and has many shops and restaurants/cafes nearby. The rooms were well maintained and housekeeping did an excellent job keeping them clean. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The closest metro station was under a 10 minute walk away (but was not a wheelchair accessible station). The hotel does have on site paid underground parking but like most parking garages in Montreal, it is very tight! Spots can become very limited if there is an event going on nearby at the Bell Centre but the staff do allow you to park in front of the hotel if that is the case. Overall our stay was very pleasant and would recommend to others!

When we arrived the staff was pleasant and helpful with checking in and parking. The room updated and modern, was also very comfortable. The location of Novotel is close restaurants and the metro which we used to go to Old Montreal and Parc Jean Drapeau. I would look at adding breakfast to the room rate. The buffet breakfast is excellent.

Great location near the Bell Center, well maintained and easy to park.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff were amazing. It was so great to have underground parking also. I would definitely recommend this hotel, and we would stay at it again.

We only stayed for one night at Novotel but it was excellent. We were given an early check in which was extremely helpful. The room was very nice and had all of the things we needed including a little nespresso machine. Bed was quite soft which we like. There was a lack of lighting I would say but maybe we just didn't figure things out. Conveniently located and close to high end shopping. I'd stay here again for sure, the price was good for this nice property.

The housekeeping staff didn’t properly clean our room. Pillow cases were dirty, we had to always ask for towels. Had to ask for our room to be cleaned after it haven’t been all day . Asked for face cloths and we were given rags.
