The staff were great, and the suite was affordable. The furniture could use some freshening up, and the carpets were stained. It was clean. The kitchenette would be good with real cutlery and plates. The cupboards were bare, and the only available cutlery and plates were wooden.

What a lovely stay. My daughter was celebrating her 17th birthday and the staff had the room decorated with balloons and treats with lovely card to wish her happy birthday. She was so surprised that they would do that for her. Thank you ❤️

Friendly staff, clean rooms, and a great location. The stay was comfortable and the hotel was well maintained. Breakfast could be better, but overall it was a pleasant experience and good value for the price.

I was very disappointed, this hotel is extremely old, I stayed at room 800 on the 8th floor. The moment I stepped in the room, I smelled old carpet, the carpet must be so filthy! I didn’t dare to step on the carpet on barefoot. It’s gross!
There’s a construction site opposite the hotel so at 7:00 in the morning, it was already extremely noisy, the noise woke me up multiple times when I was trying to sleep in.
Breakfast was pretty standard, with bread, cereals, scrambled eggs, bacon, hash brown, yogurt, coffee and tea.
I don’t understand how Expedia would pick this property as a VIP access property, it’s ridiculous how you treat your VIP! I definitely don’t recommend this hotel to anyone!

We enjoyed our stay.
Excellent location, spacious room, very good breakfast.
The service staff was courteous and knowledgeable. However the cleaning staff needs to be restrained. They missed lots of spots with broom and dust cloth.
