Property was slightly above average for the rate paid. My concern was win. I found a white Colgate toothbrush on the floor near the refrigerator. It only confirms that hotels are not fully cleaned at each turnaround. My question is is a carpet. Vacuum vacuumed prior to our arrival. How was it that the staff did not do a final check of the room prior to exiting leaving the toothbrush on the floor.

Spent two nights in the most comfortable, quiet, relaxing environment that I have spent in a very long time. My girlfriend and I are so grateful for all of the staff during our stay. They were superb.

I was waiting for my room for over an hour to be ready then once I got frustrated and told them what was going on, they told me that my room was vandalized and didn’t give me the suite I originally paid for they put me in a connecting room, which is what I didn’t want to begin with. Horrible experience had me and my family and my kids waiting outside of the lobby after 4 PM the whole time.
