I was there few days with my kids Location is absolutely convenient Room was spacious and amenities were good Supermarket just below and prestigious building I would love to come bakc

Well located. Walking distance to everything. Staff was helpful. We were two adults and two teenagers so the room was a bit small for us but still ok.

Great price for the apartment. Good location and the most helpful staff.

This was an incredible location. The bathroom not being in the room was a bit inconvenient but aside from that and the fact it was an old building and elevator and there were steps (not helpful when solo with tones of luggage!!) it was great all in all!

Good customer service

The property was amazing for our family of four. The service was amazing and very responsive. We totally enjoyed our stay here. The room is also very beautiful

Overall a nice hotel in Florence. Large room enough for a family of four. Bathroom was small but nice and had a window for ventilation. Property was in a convenient spot being only around 10mins from main areas. Staff were friendly and polite but only there on certain days. Building felt safe and had a lovely historic feel to it. Overall recommend.

Excelente, limpio, personal atento y cerca de todo.

Great location, and the room was very clean. Our shower drain was clogged, so the water ponded quite a bit but didn’t flow into the rest of the bathroom.

Everything was amaizing! Thanks a lot!
