Room was very small but bathroom was lovely with lots of hot warer

Location. Room is proper size for solo. Ventilation is ok with two windows.

Staff were all very friendly and helpful

No elevator ( just freight elevator) Staff was indifferent Room ok

Staff didn’t know how to speak English and couldn’t give information. Room was tiny and not cleaned properly

Room was falling apart, chunks missing out of the wood floor, show head was broken, very worn and run down

Decent location. Easy access. Good value. Three star rating is appropriate.

Overall, a pretty nice hotel room for the price in a very cool neighborhood of Marseille. Typically small of a French hotel.

Easy walk to vieux port. Lots of info in foyer. Friendly staff. Smiled nicely at our poor French! Minor points - small rooms, rather shabby bathroom shower and 1 of our rooms' A/C did not work.

Convenient positioning near the old port - good walking access to metro for airport and TGV connections. Bijou hotel - simple, small but characterful.
