No AC, fan deliberately set to medium and adjustments disabled, mini fridge space in room, but mini fridge missing. Window handle broken off. So we couldn't open the window properly. Only perk was a shuttle to the park. This hotel needs help. Cannot believe it was Disney hotel!

Great hotel that we’ve stayed at before. Best perk is being able to take a pleasant walk to the parks! We absolutely love the cars music thats piped in around reception and the grounds. Really makes you appreciate being in the bubble! Would definitely stay agaiin

Good value hotel within short walking distance of the parks. Would stay here again.

No A/C in rooms Tubs high step in. Slippery tub, no slip guards, & Hard to get in & out of for elderly. Seems to not have temp regulators on water. Got burned several times after setting to right temp. No refrigerator in rooms Tubs high, no ice machines. Internet/wifi spotty. Restaurant only has buffet Bar has limited food choices

Room was great, and staff were fantastic and friendly. They were really helpful even through the heatwave.

Whilst we have stayed here before. The hotel should have emailed people to warn them about the lack of air conditioning in the room. We stayed on the night of the heatwave in France. The rooms were stifling and we all experienced the worst nights sleep of our life. We had to leave at 0400 as it was just unsafe in my opinion. The staff hadn’t even put the fan on prior to our arrival. Personally I’ll be asking for a refund as it was unsafe to be staying here with all of the ice machines also broken

Our stay here was much better than expected. The hotel is Cars themed and although the property is not new - it was very clean/comfortable and we had everything that we needed for a pleasant stay. The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful - they are what make this place worth staying at. The parks are about a 20 minute walk or 10 minute bus ride.

Bugs in room, no elevator, no ac, water that didn’t drain in the shower. Ruined my trip

The only magical thing about this hotel is that we all survived it. Disney is busy pouring money into renovating Disney Village, yet somehow air conditioning in the hotels didn’t make the cut. Apparently the Imagineers imagined guests sweating through the night as part of the immersive experience. To make matters worse, Disney thoughtfully removed the pull cord from the in-room fan so guests can enjoy exactly one setting: “gentle disappointment.” The single window opens about four inches, only to let heat in. Yes, I know Europe isn’t as air-conditioning obsessed as Americans. We came prepared with portable fans and realistic expectations. What we didn’t expect was to feel like we were spending the night inside a toaster oven sponsored by Mickey Mouse. The real pixie dust came when my husband and daughter returned to the room midday and found our hotel room door standing wide open while housekeeping was inside. My husband immediately noticed money missing from his wallet. When he reported it to the front desk, their response was essentially, “Sounds like a police problem.” Excuse me? We’re international travelers leaving the next day. How about investigating your own staff before sending guests on a scavenger hunt through the French legal system. The happiest place on Earth? Not this hotel. This one felt more like Disney’s Tower of Terror: Sweaty Wallet Edition.

Hotel is in dire need of a refurbishment. The light socket was hanging off, stains on the carpets and stains on the bedding. Walls are paper thin and so not recommended for light sleepers, unless you pack ear plugs (luckily we did). Starbucks on site is handy for a drink before you start your day. Lots of potential but under utilised. Overall, disappointed with the experience and really did expect better from a Disney branded hotel.
