Very nice hotel great staff, wonderful service, amazing breakfast opitions, nice gym, great location & excellent rooftop bar. Best comfort bed I've ever slept in, nice rooms everything needed was supplied, I will return. five stars from me.

great location

The room was "a bit" on the small side, however, the location, great staff and property more than made up for it. Great staff? I should say, "PHENOMENAL!" We forgot to check the safe before we checked out. As we were waiting in the lobby for our Grab, the rushed the items to us as we sat in the lobby. The contents included cash and an IPAD. ALL the cash was there, the IPAD, and a few other small items. Wonderful, honest staff. Also, very good breakfast. Remember to tip the maids as well as the breakfast staff.

Blown away! We had welcome fruit and drinks, the staff took time to discuss the city and attractions in the old quarter and showed us to our room. The bellhops would always help out with the heavy lifting. The decorative skill was next level for Hanoi, with beautiful finishings, weighted bathroom doors and stylish classic colours. Location was also conveniently close to the lake.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. Very good about information on surrounding area. The room was very clean.

This places is very nice and in a great location. The staff is extremely friendly. Be prepared for a staff that always wants to help you in every way they can is not always expecting something in return. I really enjoyed my stay.

Everything was wonderful! Perfect location for the Old Quarter. Hotel was very nice and breakfast was delicious and convenient. Normally I do not interact much with staff, but the staff here went above and beyond. Staff was very attentive assisting us with day tours as well as communicating with our Grab drivers to get us to where we needed to be. I want to thank Anna, Dana, Frank, Tom and the wonderful bar and kitchen staff for making our stay in Hanoi absolutely wonderful.

Great central location, excellent staff and attention to detail.

Love the location, the staff were so helpful and kind, and the rooms were clean and well appointed. Small spaces and some wear and tear, as is common with older properties with tight confines, but love the overall vibe and would definitely go back!
