Very comfortable and Excellent service

Really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is beautiful, the breakfast was fantastic, the staff very friendly, and the room was quiet, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything you might need. Even had a beautiful view. The pool is nice (covered to keep you out of the sun if needed) and the gym is very large and well-equipped. A short walk to the lake and many amenities and restaurants close by. A very short cab ride to the French district. I've stayed in Hanoi many times and much prefer this area to the French district, which as mentioned is an easy quick trip if you want to visit it. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Hanoi. Numerous tour busses come by in the mornings to pick up guests and although I did not do any tours it looks like you can go anywhere right from the hotel front door (Ha Long Bay day trips, etc). Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here one night after trip to Halong Bay and have to say staff was wonderful and attentive. However the conditions of the hotel left little to be desired. The lobby was welcoming with fresh scents, but as soon as we went to our room on the 7th floor we were overwhelmed with old musty smell of mold and old smoke scent which continued in our room. The smell was almost unbearable. The room was very spacious and was even provided extra towels. Also shower had great water pressure. The room would have been better if the old carpet did not feel so grimy. Had to wear slippers entire time because did not want to touch carpet. Also not a whole lot within walking distance after staying in old quarters. Overall I would expect higher quality for the price.

Excellent hotel. A short cheap cab ride to everywhere you want to go and welcome peace and quiet upon return.

We loved our stay here. We had issues with our first room, and the staff was so helpful. They did everything they could to make our stay better and eventually moved us to another room. And the rooftop sky bar was amazing! Best views in the city! Highly recommend!

Older hotel.

This is an older hotel and can use a tune up. Staff were great. Carpet in our room were soiled. Bathroom shower leaked and as a result the floor was covered with water when we stepped out. Location is good. Easy walking to the old quarter.
