Nice place Good room size & large bathroom

This location had clean rooms and a great breakfast. Staff were nice and polite.

Still my favorite place to stay!! The staff is incredible!! Location is fantastic, I can walk to most everything I need. I keep coming back because of the staff though, they always lift everyone up and are very helpful.

The staff went above and beyond to be helpful

My over all experience was great. Just two points. No small bathing towels were available. I don’t know if it’s the norm to not use those in Panama. And secondly, there was an odor in the halls and elevator. Smells like a wet old mat. Outside of this everything was fine.

The room is spacious and good, however, the bathroom doesn't have a glass door, which makes the water splash onto the floor outside the shower area. But the location is convenient because it close to the metro station.

Breakfast was not good, the property was not in very good condition.

The staff at this hotel were beyond exceptional. They were very friendly, understanding, professional and attentive. Hot water was a real issue. We had to change rooms once because there was none. The second room was so loud from the bar that they put us in another room. Again, this room had luke-warm water. The place was clean.
