The hotel was very nice and clean! The room was the perfect size and the location was amazing, everything was right around the corner. The people were very nice and helpful.

Loved the location!! Super friendly staff, easy and accomodating for checking in and out. Highly recommend.

Fantastic location between the Brussels Central train station and the Grand Place, both just steps away - in the heart of the main tourist area, full of shops and restaurants. Lots of stairs up to the first floor where the elevator was located but the most helpful staff carried my heavy bag both up and down with a smile. Being in an historic building, the room is awkwardly shaped but the bed was comfortable and the shower had good pressure and plenty of hot water. They even gave us free bottled water every day. The staff was cheerful and helpful and made us feel welcome. We hope to stay there again on our next visit to Brussels.

The hotel is located centrally in the heart of the Grand Place, a moment's walk to practically everything! The staff was incredibly nice and held our luggage until our room was ready, and also when we checked out and had some time before our train. We stayed in family room #12. As noted in other reviews, the building is old and the ceilings can be low. In this specific room, the bathroom was in the low ceiling area, however the head space for the shower was extended. The shower was quite small, and had an interesting flooring. Overall, the stay was nice, the location definitely made this stay very much worth the shorter ceilings.

This hotel was unfortunately pretty dirty and there was actually a spider on the bed underneath the sheets. Dust was everywhere, curtains were stained. For the price there are definitely better hotel options. When we told them about the spider they did come and give us new sheets but we had to change the bed not them.
