Clean room

The hotel itself is really nice and calming. With friendly staff. Rooms were clean and maintained daily throughout our stay. The rooms did get a little warm with no air con, and it did take a while to ge served at the hotel bar. The hotel did offer a nice calming feeling after arriving through a quite unsafe feeling neighbourhood in the surrounding area where you are met with dirty streets and crowds of people loitering in the street corners.

Really friendly staff. Recommended Wolf Market for a good value meal out which was great. Breakfast was good - all fresh and plenty to choose from.

Very helpful staff, very clean room, lovely interior

Great staff. Every interaction, then couldn't have tried harder. Friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. Room was basic but clean. Bed was comfy. I didn't like the pillow, but that's not their fault.

My husband & I had had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Van Belle. The staff was attentive, room accommodations were sufficient, & breakfast was satisfying. The hotel is located very close to city center which was also a bonus.

This hotel was amazing. Close to central station and grand place. Steven was outstanding.

Wonderful stay in Brussels 🙂

The hotel itself is good—modern, clean, and professional staff. However, travelers should be aware of the location. It is situated on the outskirts of the city center in a neighborhood that feels quite disconnected from the main tourist areas, a Muslim populated area. The local atmosphere feels more like a different international city than the one we expected, and as a result, we didn't feel entirely comfortable walking around, especially at night. If you plan to stay here, I’d recommend using taxis or ride-shares rather than walking to the center.
