A very clean room and Hotel with secure underground parking. Friendly and multilingual reception staff to aid check-in & check-out. No Tea/Coffee/fridge facilities in room but otherwise ideal.

Lovely hotel, big clean room with very nice bathroom. Walkable to centre but surrounding area a little dirty (rubbish on paths etc).

Hotel was great for what we needed, a place walking distance from Brussels Zuid and walking distance from the centre. It was clean, staff were helpful and had a really nice atmosphere. Walking there from the station felt a lot like walking through a building site a lot of the time and we wondered what we were heading towards, but we need not have worried.

Although hotel is nice, neighborhood at night is super sketchy and overall not what you expect culture wise when you’re vacationing to Brussels. Room is extremely hot with no fan, the window barely opens to receive air flow. Complimentary pastries in the lobby had hundreds of little flies fly off when I went to grab one. Only liquid soap in the shower. Would I stay here again, no. The surrounding area ruined it for us. But if you don’t care about that, the room was decent in my opinion.

Clean room

The hotel itself is really nice and calming. With friendly staff. Rooms were clean and maintained daily throughout our stay. The rooms did get a little warm with no air con, and it did take a while to ge served at the hotel bar. The hotel did offer a nice calming feeling after arriving through a quite unsafe feeling neighbourhood in the surrounding area where you are met with dirty streets and crowds of people loitering in the street corners.

Really friendly staff. Recommended Wolf Market for a good value meal out which was great. Breakfast was good - all fresh and plenty to choose from.

Great staff. Every interaction, then couldn't have tried harder. Friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. Room was basic but clean. Bed was comfy. I didn't like the pillow, but that's not their fault.
