The staff were wonderful and the bedrooms were well looked after in terms of cleanliness. Swimming pool was nice too. The lounge in reception where drinks are served requires deep clean daily as flys were buzzing around. Also mocktails could be better as the mix was not right. Steam and sauna require renovation, needs to be modern and spacious for a 5 star hotel. Gym can be also be extended to be more spacious.

Staff couldn’t do enough for you, so nice. All areas were clean, breakfast was good and a good range of choices. Chocolate hour was enjoyable. Location was ideal. 5* well deserved

My stay at the Mövenpick Hotel Hanoi Centre in Hanoi, Vietnam was absolutely exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the service was warm, professional, and welcoming. The hotel perfectly blends luxury, comfort, and Vietnamese charm right in the heart of the city. The rooms were elegant, spotless, and incredibly comfortable after long days of exploring Hanoi. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail was taken care of, making the experience feel truly first-class. The breakfast selection was outstanding, with a great mix of local Vietnamese dishes and international options. One of the best parts of staying here was the location — close to many of Hanoi’s historic attractions, shopping, and nightlife, while still offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere inside the hotel. If you are visiting Hanoi and looking for a hotel that delivers excellent hospitality, comfort, and convenience, I highly recommend Mövenpick Hotel Hanoi Centre. A true 5-star experience from start to finish.

Rooms are extremely small and in need of a major renovation, our room had such a horrible mold smell it was unbearable, in addition to being extremely dirty. Hotel isn’t located close to the action of old town and really requires an Uber to reach it. For what they charge there are much better options for significantly less money as we found out after cutting our stay short due to the condition of our room.

We had a wonderful stay at Mövenpick Hotel Hanoi. The staff were incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and very elegant. The breakfast was delicious with many fresh options. The location is perfect — close to the Old Quarter but still quiet and relaxing. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Hanoi!

We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, and the breakfast exceeded all expectations with its wide variety of choices. The room was spotless, with fresh white towels and a tidy atmosphere. While the furniture had a slightly classic feel, it was beautifully kept. The location couldn’t have been better — just steps away from everything.

Overall room was very small, bathroom was tiny, we asked for king bed and they put us on lower floor. Breakfast was good, coffee was terrible. There are better options available around the area for that price point.

I am happy to recommend this hotel in Hanoi - convenient location, excellent facilities and friendly staff!
