Super centre for all amenities. No regret. 9.5 out of 10 on all including Cleaning or breakfast.

AMAZING location right outside Ha Noi train station. Walking distance to train street and the old quarter. 24 hr check in and my room had a view to die for. Rooms were spotlessly clean and breakfast was fantastic AND served from 6am to 10am 😍😍😍 I was also able to leave my bag there ALL day and then walk across the road to get my night train to Sapa 😍😍😍😍 Highly recommend 😍😍😍

Like everything about the hotel there is construction next door but that has to be expected in this area. Especially like the buffet breakfast.

Small place not as advertised

Great hotel for young travellers, couples, people about to head off on the trains around Vietnam. Modern, fun, clean and convenient.....and cheap! Would stay again.

Clean property. Friendly staff. Enjoyed staying at Tru.

There are shops nearby for food and coffee. The downside is that there is construction going on just right beside the hotel. The work goes on all the way into the night, and it gets annoying

The hotel was okay. Didn’t realize Tru by Hilton is the lowest of the low Hilton brands - the sink is in the room, the bath is a glass enclosure, no hand soap next to the sink - you can get it from the shower every time you want to wash your hands or just forget being sanitary. For $66 a night (we got the corner room) it felt expensive by Vietnam standards. We had wonderful stays in Novotel and Melia for $10 more. The staff was decent, the breakfast buffet was limited (by other hotels in similar price point) but appreciated the fresh dim sum and noodle selection. Location is great - walking distance to train street and a 15-20 minute walk to old quarter. We didn’t get much noise in the room even though we faced the Hanoi station.

Pound speaker from the railways station in early hours (4am) and construction next to hotel during the day !
