Convenient, clean, good kitchen area. I stayed in the shared female dorm. Each person gets a bunk and a small locker. The room could use curtains around the bunks and places to sit. There’s also only one bathroom, sink, and shower per floor, so that can get tricky. Also maybe this is the paranoid American in me, but the women’s dorm is nearly ground-level, and the huge windows (without screens) are such that if someone wanted to jump in from off the street, they could. That made me a bit uneasy, but maybe that’s not a big concern here.

Loved my stay here! Right next to the train station, easy to walk anywhere from here , and an amazing view of the matterhorn! Staff was so helpful when I was planning which hikes to do and what cable car to take.

I love the location, clean buildings and good staff. My room’s view was fantastic.

Very pleasant stay. Clean room and helpful staff (although available hours were limited to check-in and check-out times). Great location close to train station, Gornergrat Railway, and the main street. We could see the Matterhorn from our window. We appreciated the shared amenities, from well-equipped kitchen and canteen area to luggage storage we used before check-in to laundry (for a small fee).

Room was small but it was exactly what we needed. Clean and offered water.

C'était parfait, je recommande a 100%!

Right next to the train station, easy access to everything. Laundry machine is super useful.

Perfect Location with Incredibly Friendly Staff! ⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Bahnhof! The location is unbeatable literally right across from the train station, which made traveling so easy. Despite being so central, I felt very safe, and it was just a short walk to plenty of great restaurants. The staff truly made the experience special. Everyone was so warm, welcoming, and helpful from check-in to check-out. They went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. Yes, the room was on the smaller side, but it was spotless and well-organized. The bed and bedding, however, were incredibly comfortable. If you’re looking for a convenient, safe, and cozy place with a personal touch, I highly recommend Hotel Bahnhof. I would definitely stay here again!
