Overall is good. I need to give special award to one of check in counter staff name Eki. he made my stay very comfortable. Very helpful staff.

Hotel tidak dimaintain kebersihannya. Fasilitas tidak dirawat, kamar mandi bau selokan. Pada saat check out, resepsionis meminta 5 star review dan akan difoto. Saya menolak untuk berbohong. Tapi bukan salah staff karena itu permintaan boss atau management nya

Great location. The staff was very welcoming and the buffet breakfast was incredible.

Santika is always great. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you are welcomed and comfortable.

Closed to mall and a bit noise at night. Sheet not change as requested

Good hotel near BSD City and teras kota shopping centre. Nice place to stay or transit for a while

The towels, sheets, restroom need to be cleaned properly.

Breakfast menu of the same dry boney chicken in different sauces over 7 days needs attention.

Hotel staff were attentive and lobby staff were always hospitable. The hot buffet breakfast included a large assortment of food and beverage options with dedicated staff to prepare made-to-order eggs, omelets, and pancakes. For afternoon and evening eating options the hotel connects directly to the TerasKota Mall which includes both cafes and restaurants (Western and Asian) and a medium-sized grocery. Overall this is a clean hotel and I would definitely stay here again. Be aware that the Superior Room does not include a mini-fridge. For those who like to charge their phone during the night, I also didn't find a wall electrical outlet near the bed night stand.

I checked in almost midnight. Did not get a chance to really enjoy the facilities. In the room there is boiling flask, sugar, cream but I am surprise there is no coffee / tea bags provided. Overall the stay is fine and the reception staff is friendly.
