普拉納亞精品酒店 (Pranaya Boutique Hotel)

The internet was terrible if you don't go to certain areas of the room, some areas in the bathroom were a bit unstable, there was mold at the bottom of the shower door, the bed sheets were either stained or ripped, the housekeeper would sometimes leave the dirty plates and cups behind, sometimes for days. And there were bed bugs in the bed.

Clean and nice breakfast

Excellent

Check in is fast, room is spacious....the only thing i remember is the smoke smell is non smoking room and lobby. Maybe someday, the odoor control can be improved.

well located , access to outdoor café was via a spiral staircase that was difficult for older members of our group.

I was glad that this boutique hotel was close to the event place that I had to travel to daily. It is also convenient as there is a mall next to it. However, there is a need for attention in terms of cleanliness. There seems like an ant's nest situation as there are MANY ants crawling along the mirror and dressing table. Glasses in the toilet were stained and not washed. Bed sheets were stained. Housekeeping was slow, my safety deposit box was spoilt. Basically the facts are as presented, I have no words. Otherwise, staff were friendly, kind and tried to be helpful. But the cleanliness of the hotel needs to be looked into.

Nearby with mall, convenience to get food and other stuff.

Nice large room and good facilities. Shower wasn't cleaned on either service, open soap left there, etc. Complained to housekeeping, still didn't resolve it!

Everything is good. Location is near to a mall and there is a supermarket. Many food places to try.

Utk hrg segini terlalu mahal dgn kondisi kamarnya
