I always have a great stay here but on this occasion I was very disappointed. The room was small. The hall ways smelt like stale sweat. Remote control for TV was intermittent, had to cast the England game from my phone. No balcony, had to wait nearly 30 mins before getting my room when check is from 3pm you expect your room to be ready :)

Fairly cheap and cheerful! Close to DLR and within walking distance of all attractions in Greenwich!

staff here were helpful throughout our stay, holding our bags in a storage room for a few hours after our check in, and for the time after our check out while we waited for our train, fully stocked clean kitchen with complimentary coffee and tea, comfortable beds, and a tv you could control through your phone, i would definitely stay at staycity again, i had a really great experience with this hotel, everything about it gets five stars, the cleanliness, the staff, the general look of the rooms!!! was a lovely hotel and so worth the price

Close to Greenwich train station and DLR. 1 bedroom apartment well equipped and use of guest laundry in basement was great. Helpful front desk too.

Room smelt musty and the bed wasn't setup, so had to get it all out and then it hadn't been cleaned.

The air conditioning wasn’t working and we couldn’t open a window. The room was very hot and we did have trouble sleeping. I reported it to reception and they gave us a fan on the last night of our stay

Staff were helpful. There was some miscommunication regarding parking. Trying to get in and out of the parking garage was a bit of a challenge as well. Having laundry, there was really helpful! You download an app and pay through your phone. No coins required! We did have a challenge with the handheld shower, staying up, so had to tie it ourselves. Also check that your door closes properly. When I have checked mine, it burst open without issue. So the maintenance person came and tightened it up for us. The fridge also had some issues with dripping water and then freezing on top of our egg carton. When I told the staff at checkout, they were very grateful for the feedback. Overall, for the price and location, I feel it was good for us. We were out and about most days, so was handy to have a place to crash at night.
