Excellent location in the centre of como, bus and train stations very close, 2 min walk to old town and all the shops and Restaurants. Very small balcony overlooking a roundabout, Noisy overnight due to the traffic.

The room was clean, the view is great from the little balcony. Extremely spacious, located 3 min walking from restaurants. The Como Lago train m station is 1 min walking. The A/C worked perfectly. I will definitely stay here again if I ever come back. Communication with staff was not that great. They send me the instructions to check in the same day.

Balcony was excellent, partial view of bus terminal from room had to be on balcony for partial view of lake. Bathroom vanity had come off wall.

We were very impressed with this apartment. It was very well presented and secure. The bus station is a little noisy at times but bearable. Location adjacent to the train station and the restaurants was great. Would thoroughly recommend this as a great weekender or short stay.

Great location. Very clear on what to expect. Easy walk to town and waterfront. Grocery store around the corner.

The WiFi is really bad!

Loved it here, really comfortable bed, lovely bathroom, the view was gorgeous- would loved to stay again one day

Follow the directions on the page to find where to park. Everything is up to standards and there were no surprises. Clean.

The property was well kept and has an amazing view of lake como.

I love our stay here! The workers and the place was excellent! It was so quiet and relaxing. We took a day trip out to Florence and it was so easy to get to. Nearby about 20 minutes is the Castello di Monteriggioni. Must check it out and the nearby winery. We tried going to the city of Siena but it was too hard to drive as there were a lot of ZTL. The food at this place IL grono was delicious. Love the breakfast as well!!! The cakes are delicious!!! Definitely a place to stay when u come here
