Great staff, super nice rooms and a great location

Great location, easy to access everything but out of the hustle bustle. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Hotel is thoughtfully decorated and had tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

The host Isabella was extremely helpful and kind. We were on a 3 week trip to Italy and it was the best hotel experience we have had. The room was a very decent size and the location was very central and made it easy to catch ferries or take the train. I would highly recommend this place if your planning to come to lake como

While this may be an older property and not necessarily the best, their check-in taff was the best! Our shower door was broken and staff couldn't get our tv to work, but Anna, Anna and Karen were the nicest, most kindest and helpful with some personal needs that came up. We had some documents that needed to be printed and they were very sweet and accommodating to accomplish the task. The hotel was conveniently located, cose to the lake and many restaurants.

Very friendly and accommodating staffs. Excellent location close to the lake and city center. Bathroom could be improved, major issues include shower door and toilet seat wobbly.

Lovely little place. within less then 5 minutes walk to the lake front. Easy communication to public transport. Lovely, kind and caring staff.

Excellent location, nice restaurant almost next door, comfortable room, clean. Quite dark room, not enough lighting. Room 003. Well organised, good communications

Had a lovely stay at The Convo. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Location was great - everything walkable (Cathedral, ferries, bars and restaurants). Free afternoon nibbles and drinks. Breakfast is good quality at a local cafe (although choice is a little limited)
