The TV didn't work. I've stayed here 4 times. Twice it didn't work. I will stay here again. I will make sure I have tv upon check-in.

Close to everything, surrounded by restaurants. Nice, comfy and clean.

Our room had everything we needed and the location was amazing. Super close to many restaurants, shops, metro, etc. The staff were also friendly. No complaints and would definitely recommend!

Very nice hostal in a very good location

The room was pretty small for two of us, but it was adequate for sleeping, and showering. The property is conveniently central to just about everything - metro stations, food options, sites to see. Though not the fault of the property, the hallway resonates with echoes if there are loud guests. Something to be mindful of if you are someone who likes to talk loudly!

Very bad A/C too mucho noise warm .

First experience at a hostal and it was great. The room was clean and bed was super comfy.

Shops and restaurants are nearby as are key attractions such as Prado Museum, Palace, the start point of tours. Efficient check in and checkout, clear and appreciated communication prior to check in
