nice place to stay

The front desk staff here is absolutely terrible. In particular, the man who was working the morning of 31/05 and previous evenings was the most unhelpful hotel employee that I have ever encountered. He was rude to us after check-in, when we needed to switch rooms because all three rooms we booked had malfunctioning AC units. He was demanding and degrading us when we were offered new rooms (after 3 hours of waiting). On checkout morning, we asked for assistance in obtaining a taxi and he rudely said, "I don't do that." In what world does a front desk at a hotel not offer at least a phone number for a reputable taxi company, if not call them for their guests? 0/5 would never stay again

Bonne qualité/prix Chambre propre, grandeur moyenne et salle de bain un peu à l’étroit. Très bien situé Seul point un peu dérangeant, l’insonorisation

Clean, comfortable bed, Fabulous breakfast, great location but it’s a walk up or a very slow elevator.

Over all are excellent. We stay 3 nights here. All the staff are super friendly and helpful, special thanks Syukran he is so nice, give us very good informations we need to have a good time in Singapore.
