It’s an experience. Great to sleep if you don’t have problems staying in a box.

Can’t fault this property’s location, very close to the museum quarter and Vondelpark, with great transport connections. The beds/pods are very comfortable, with air conditioning; and showers were clean. The staff at the property were so helpful, friendly and nothing was ever too much trouble. I also hired a bike from the property for a reasonable price. Would definitely stay again!

The big selling point is that you get a super quiet, dark, and air-conditioned capsule. I visited during a heat wave, and that made a difference. Location is excellent, especially for the museum quarter. There's also a convenient bus to the airport that is as quick as the trains and saves you the change. You should take into account that capsules are capsules - it's a crawl space, and you'll have to get dressed and undressed lying down (or in the shared bathroom). There's hardly any place to share your space, even with a trolley. It's not for everyone. Also, the USB ports are quite old and slow to charge. Cleanliness was overall good, but with some misses (for example stranger's hair on my robe). Overall, I think that, considering the bathrooms and showers are shared, 250 euros per night is quite overpriced for what you're getting.

I loved how close you are to the museum pleins , the trams were easy to use and there’s a supermarket within a couple of blocks. The staff were lovely and the capsule was comfortable. They aren’t as sound proof as claimed. However, the aircon was definitely appreciated.

That's a terrible place. I couldn't stay there. The rooms are like dogs houses. You cannot stand up. It's like a 2x2 bunker. They are like boxes. I couldn't imagine the are aloud to sell something like this to accommodate people.

The room was really clean and loved the fact you got bath robes! Room was nice and the bed was sooo comfy, also the hotel is in such a perfect location near all the museums etc !

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Bedstee hotel. It was located in a great spot, just a brisk walk to the Rijks, Van Gogh, MOCO and Stedelijk Museums. The room was comfortable, had plenty of airflow and enough room to fit 2 small suitcases and regular sized bags. It wasn’t super spacious but it is a capsule after all. Clean and very comfy for my boyfriend and I. Unfortunately you can hear your neighbors coming in and out, as well as any moderate volume conversation from outside the room. Didn’t stop us from sleeping though when we finally went to rest. The bathroom was shared, clean, and spacious. Daily towel exchanges and shampoo/conditioner/body wash were provided. The staff here are so kind and helpful. They assisted me with keeping my ice pack frozen and also food stored in their fridge, marking it with the capsule number so that it wouldn’t get lost. Overall we really liked this spot. Sorry for forgetting our ham and cheese though. Much love from USA

This place was definitely an experience. Honestly to travel it's nice, you don't need much rather than just sleep. If you bring big luggage, there is no space in the rooms for any sort of luggage other than personal item space or your backpack. They do provide however storage space but it's shared. Keep in mind this is technically a hostel just with private rooms. The environment is super safe, it's quiet and the service attendants are lovely. We even washed our clothes there and they do it for you (for a cost) but they leave it super clean and ready for your next travel. I'd recommend it to anyone who is solo travelling or not traveling with friends. For a family however, it might be a bit difficult but if you're on a budget why not. The breakfast though... That's the only thing I took a star away from. They charge for everything, and the breakfast isn't good in terms of special. There's cereal and coffee for you to pay. There's cheese but American type and that's the only thing I wish was better.

Clean hotel. Good breakfast. Wonderful location be the concert hall. No elevator so be prepared to walk luggage up the stairs.
