DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!! The window was broken, but t wasn’t closing. Many amenities were not working. It was very dirty and noisy. Left the hotel next day. Still waiting for my refund.

Good location, electronic key system worked well, but meant you had to make sure your phone was charged at all times. Information pre check-in was accurate and timely. Light switches in the room didn’t all work and one was flickery. Tiny tiny twin room.

Very very small. To use the toilet you had to sit on it sideways. The shower water ran to the bathroom door. The view was of a trash pile.

You get what you pay for. We booked a twin but luckily ended up in a 4 single bed room. There is no wardrobes or storage but as we had a spare bed each this was not a problem on this occasion. The window did not full shut but we weren’t cold and the beds were comfy. There was a nespresso machine & kettle provided but no pods or milk to make coffee. There is unfortunately no fridge to purchase your own milk. The shower was great but the button from the flush was missing and the sink is small. Access to the building was convenient using the app but this depends on you not having your battery die!

Good place for trams to centre

Dirty walls, noisy... the window was not well locked and dusty.

Clean place however needs maintaining, for example the toilet was missing a button to be able to flush it and entrance to hotel smelt very strong of urine. A very nice area to stay in but I wouldn’t say this place screams luxury at all, you get what you pay for. Walls are very thin so you can hear everyone around you. Doors are unlocked using phones which doesn’t feel so secure alongside no proper manual locks on doors that work. It would also be nice to see more staff as one only checks in online and there is no reception.

The location was very convenient — easy to walk around and close to bus stops. However, there’s no elevator, which makes it difficult for seniors. Communication with the administration was very slow and disappointing. For example, the safe box didn’t work, and staff made no effort to fix it despite our requests.

good location! the stairs were awful for carrying a giant suitcase upstairs and no place to store luggage. The bathroom also had no mirror and the shower was okay.
