Staff is

Natalia, the front desk receptionist with the most helpful front desk person I’ve ever had through all my travels. She is truly an asset to this property.. from recommending transportation to just making my stay with like I was with family.

This place was AMAZING!! The location was central but the hotel concept was the best part! I loved it so much that I stayed in their sister properties in Coimbra and Lisboa!

Clean. Efficient. Helpful, friendly staff. Great shower!

Exceeded all expectations! Great location, staff and beautiful hotel for the price. Book it!

The rooms are definitely small and quiet of course that’s the advertisement no windows so you definitely get a good nights sleep. The rooftop bar was only open for a few hours a day which I found a little inconvenient and if you are claustrophobic, you could have some issues but all in all the places was well kept and the staff very helpful.

A different concept, but highly recommended. Great location and excellent upkeep.

At first we weren't sure about the box rooms, but we genuinely loved this hotel. Staff were warm and helpful, rooms were clean, and they have a great breakfast.

Excrement and great value

Perfect stay. When you spend most of your time out and about, you don't need anything more than a cool room with a comfy bed.
