The property and the rooms were pretty good to rest after a long summer day walking around the city. Everything worked as expected and the communication with the staff was great. There is just one thing that I think could be better there, the light in the rooms is too warm not bad to rest but, if you need to review something or work a couple of minutes in that space the light is insufficient.

It is my first time in Porto, and I was amazed by how efficiently this hotel is run. I don't speak Portuguese, and I was a bit worried about that aspect. Thankfully, the staff in the hotels speaks perfect English; it made my life easier. The hotel itself is very well maintained; I can already tell from how the lobby was so clean, how the magazines on the shelf were organized, and how presentable the staff were. The check-in process was very straightforward. Lastly, the rooms are clean and pristine. I made the right choice in choosing this hotel.

Highly recommended

Room was clean - Love the concept, but had issues. Towel Hooks were not anchored - could not hang the towels, soap dish in shower was hanging, not able to put anything on it, sink faucet was loose, and curtains were not hooked properly at one end. Staff are pleasant; however, when I reported issues with the room, they did not offer an alternative room and said they would send someone to fix the issues. No one ever came throughout our stay. Very disappointing. Breakfast had a good variety, but the warm foods were not very warm. Shops nearby were well situated.

Room is clean but there is a smell from washroom, smells like from sewer. Breakfast should be free for the money we paid.

It was a little far from the downtown area. A good little uphill hike to get back to hotel. They won’t allow you to check in before check-in time unless you pay 20 dollars which I have never experienced. Room was ready but they won’t give it to you early. Did not buy breakfast there. There are a couple choices close by.

Clean

The first hotel that care was given to ensure the rooms smell good for the guest. I appreciated that. Clean room. A bit of walk to find but I didn't mind.

Our room was spotless and had everything that we needed. Staff were friendly, cheerful and accommodating. We didn't have the hotel breakfast but breakfasted at a very nice local cafe which suited our needs. The hotel is within 5 minutes walk of the principal Metro station and there are plenty of local shops within a few minutes walk. One OUTSTANDING feature of this hotel is how well insulated the rooms are for noise. Without a doubt this is the quietest hotel I have ever stayed in! I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if the opportunity arises.
