Everyone was friendly kind and very helpful. Hotel and rooms clean, well kept. Fave place to eat was Frank & Lola’s Pizzeria (2nd floor). Our room had an amazing view. The family had a great time. Front desk staff were super - Dorien, Jasmin & Natalia! Can’t wait to come back next year! :)

Significant lack of F&B poolside

Beach and pool area was dirty majority of the time. Seems as if people don’t care enough to pick up any trash. Staff was friendly, the rooms were good. Not a fan of how you can’t pay with any cash. Also I was not informed on the nightly $200 change until after I had already booked my stay that was not refundable. Then I received a message regarding that.

I was there with my husband and daughter for 7nights, the staffs were very helpful, friendly, easy to contact for housekeeping, water 6-7 bottles were provided daily. The lazy river was the highlight of our days there. Beautiful place.

Everything was great

During my stay, I experienced a minor issue with a member of the housekeeping staff. When I requested towels for my room, I was informed that they were temporarily out and that some would be brought up shortly; unfortunately, they never arrived. However, I brought this matter to the attention of the manager, who handled the situation professionally and resolved it promptly as I was checking out. Overall, despite the initial inconvenience, I appreciated the manager’s swift action to make things right.

Very clean and smells good. They kept it clean

Place was very clean and the views from the balcony was great. Food prices in the resort was a little high. Would definitely visit again.

The rooms could be a tad bit cleaner, as least mines. I had to ask the cleaner to sweep my floors a few times, after it was “cleaned”. The beds were comfortable, and the staff was excellent! Bring your entire bank account, as it’s expensive; eat off premises.
