Terrible customer service upon check out and at the restaurant downstairs. Bathroom and towels were dirty upon arrival. Very small blanket provided on bed. Overpriced for quality.

Beautiful property. The cleanliness was impeccable. Quiet area, close to touristic areas. Three minute walk to St. Mark Square. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing and fresh. If ever in Venice I would stay here again.

My room was lovely, and it’s a nice hotel with friendly staff.
My room overlooked the canal, and perhaps it should have been obvious, but this made the room very noisy due to motor boats from early morning to late at night. I assume this is true for all rooms overlooking canals, so I can’t fault the hotel for this, but earplugs were essential. And it was wonderful to have views over the canal.
The vegetarian options for breakfast were limited, but the scrambled eggs were delicious.

不錯 Room for a single was itsy bitsy. If you used the luggage rack you couldn't reach the window. But there wasn't anywhere to open one's bag. I have never felt more than like a sardine in a can. Also the towels were threadbare.

Rooms were good by Italian standards, the staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel is very centrally located which made it easy to get around
