Room was small but tidy and comfortable, and everything was clean and in working order.
Breakfast was good and I was glad we added it on! It makes the rest of the day so much easier.
The staff was kind of passive aggressive sometimes, but I think that goes along with being Dutch?
Rental bikes were great!
Location was in a residential area, so lots of places to eat and drink and shop nearby, close to transit, really good all-around. Enjoyed it!

Hotel is very clean but minimal things inside the room, tiny corner for clothes, with hairdryer and tea/coffee set.
Staff are friendly and welcoming.
Limited options for breakfast but good enough.

Loved our stay but room wasn't cleaned the full 4 nights of our stay or towels changed - this is the only negative. Hotel is in a great location near Vondelpark & tram takes you into the city.

Truly a great place: comfy bed, squeeky clean room, nice bathroom, wonderful breakfast and super attentive and kind staff. The location is perfect, love neighborhood, near Vondelpark and on major tram lines but quiet and relaxed at night. Also has great amenities: bike rental, parking garage and cute areas to chill with a drink.
