The rooms were clean. The beds frames made noise getting in and out that made you feel like they were going to fall apart. The front door had light coming thru around it and the painted window on the door the paint is peeling away. Also no fan in the bathroom and the window opened which was great but it was directly infront of the shower where others could see. Maybe having louvers over it to prevent peeping toms. The back patio was cute and quaint, I would add full dividers to give privacy. Overall we enjoyed our stay and really couldn't beat the price.

Kitchenette countertops were dirty. Beds were uncomfortable and lumpy. The code to unlock the door did not come through via text. AC is old and does not work. Terrible place to stay. I will never go back......

The room was great and we especially loved the balcony patio with the chair swing.

Bring iron.

The location is PERFECT. You can walk out your back door onto the trail. Sedona is so beautiful. And right next to a great crystal shop.

The rooms and bathrooms were clean and the small kitchen was very nice with a large enough refrigerator. The price was reasonable.

Really nice quiet spot and great location in Sedona. We had a great girls trip.

Front desk was very helpful! Room was beautiful with a beautiful view!! We’d definitely be back when in Sedona

Checking in was easy, the rooms are clean and comfortable. Very peaceful and pleasant stay. Parking was right at our hotel door, which was perfect because my mom has a hard time walking far. Definitely would stay here again!

Was a clean room and okay clean shower. One of the light fixtures was broken and would strobe when you plug it in. And the extra security latch was loosen falling off. But overall, everything else was really nice and taken care of everything worked great.
