The room with a balcony was a bit of a misnomer as the balcony looked out on a rock wall. Breakfast was very well done with attention and passion

Excellent location, fresh cooked breakfast each morning was amazing and staff was awesome. Great views of the sunset. Would definitely stay here again!

The staff was wonderful. The hotel was great overall. However, I wanted a refund because my daughter and I have asthma and the air quality is horrible right now because of the fire in sedona, and their manager Sunny said absolutely not. He assured me that the air was good since the fire was 15 miles away. Well, we had a horrible time since we couldn't breathe good and not just us, but our entire family had migraines the whole time we were in sedona. The smoke was terrible! We also had to ask for another mattress for the pull out sofa since the mattress they have on there is like sleeping on wires. They had to double them up and it was still very uncomfortable. Then at around 6:30 am a loud noise went off and remained until 7:15. Not sure whay it was but it was in their vents. Also, they charge $25 a night to park your car in their property which is insane since they dont have valet or security visible. Expedia didn't have that displayed. If they didn't have such wonderful staff (excluding sunny) I would've rated a 1.

The hotel and the staff was wonderful. The only complaint that we have was with the Breakfast The breakfast was horrible. They need to do more choices for people that don’t eat pork and beef. They should have options of chicken, sauces or turkey, bacon other than that the hotel was wonderful. The staff was wonderful. It was just the breakfast was horrible. I will come back again.

More choices for breakfast

1000/10 recommend this hotel! My husband and I went on our mini moon to Sedona last week and stayed at this hotel and we loved everything about it (maybe except that it’s not in the center of Sedona, but it was not an issue at all). Breakfast was delicious every day and the stuff was extremely kind. The gym was very clean, there’s a laundry room open 24/7, and the pool area was very nice as well. There’s also two barbecue stoves in case you want to barbecue while you’re there. We absolutely loved our room and how spacious and clean it was. Will for sure stay here again in the future!

Every Residence Inn I have stayed at has issues. The light switches did not work, the beds are old and you sink in the mattresses. The price is no bargain, I spent $220.00, plus $150 for my pet and $25.00 to park. I couldn't wait to get out of there. Very expensive 20 hours....

Room was immaculate, staff was kind and constantly working to keep the property looking great. I saw the staff removing the grates from the grills by the pool and cleaning them meticulously. Which was lovely to see because so many family’s used that grill every night to make dinner.
