1 day stay on a business trip to KL. Hitel is pretty much what you expect from an IBIS. The rooms were clean an in Good condition and comfortable.
Arrived at a late flight and despite there being 2 staff on took ages to be acknowledged. In fairness to the gentleman who served me he was on the phone but the lady who was also there could have looked up from her phone every once in a while.
Other than this annoyance my stay was good overall.

Overall good price, ok facility bu the bed in the family room ( supposed to be king size) is very small.. only for 2 people or max with 2 1 very young kid

The room doesn’t smell fresh. I got checked into a room that the shower has no water. Changed to a new room after unpacking and packed…then the mattress doesn’t feel flat.
