The room is poorly maintained, wallpaper was pencil drawn by some kids, some papers on the back of the bedside tables, toilet was extremely dirty, with mold on the shower floor and shower glass door.
My wife vomit when she first entered the room, the smell was too bad, it feels like it has been not cleaned for a long duration of time. The shower tower is smelly too.
Not free bottle drink water, they just offer filtered tap water from toilet basin… i do not risk my life with unmanaged or under-maintained water filter, so i didnt drink that filtered water, i bought myself mineral waters from marts nearby.
Choose other hotel, there are pretty of options nearby.

Overall we had a good stay. The rooms are spacious and quiet. Breakfast was good and the service was good. Rooms are old and in need of an upgrade. Cleanliness of toilets in rooms requires more attention. We had flies in our first room, and the hotel assigned us to a cleaner one. Our check in process was smooth, however, the front desk staff member who checked us in required more training.

Had some issues with my room which was fixed by the staff promptly.
The staff was polite.
They have the best cakes in their lobby - easily one of the best I jave had anywhere in the world.

The staff here are really helpful and friendly. This hotel is 5 minutes walk to Mutiara Damansara Metro station in a sheltered walkway.
