Lovely hotel, great location and excellent team on site. Communal refreshments station for tea coffee etc does not work. Need facilities in the room at this price. Otherwise very good.

Very good location next to a tram stop The breakfast place, in the courtyard was very nice Good air conditioning, very important on there heat wave weather

Loved the high end coffee and water station on each floor. Much better machine and delicious coffee compared to the usual in-room ones I see.

We loved the hotel, designer decor, location and corner room! I did request ahead of time for a room not on the front side of the hotel. I read revues that said it is noisy with church bells and bar hoppers all night, but despite that , we were given a front facing room . We still slept with our windows open every night. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it!

Really nice hotel in a great location, everything was as described on the website.

Probably one of the nicest hotel experiences I have had. They give you a voucher for a free drink at the bar as a gift for staying with them which I think is nice. Staff is excellent and so kind. Lady in the front desk told us things to do around Basel and was overall very helpful. Room was fantastic and comfy. Very chic. Ironing room in the second floor is pretty decent. The only thing is the lighting is darkish so you can’t really assess if you did a good ironing job haha. There’s water/sparkling water/coffee/apples/tea free to take in each floor which is very convenient. Literally in front of the tran so its easy to get around the Basel area from there. Very close to the rhine/conference center/stores, etc. There’s also a starbucks next to it which is pretty neat if you want to stick to something basics. The room was very tidy and honestly the experience was a 20/10.

Such a beautiful hotel with large rooms and gorgeous bathrooms! The breakfast was delicious and generous. My 10 year old daughter had her own tent in our room and she said it was the best place we stayed in all of Switzerland! Staff were knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Would love to stay here again!

Great hotel. Very clean and central to everything.

Very good

Great location and friendly staff. The room was quiet and comfortable. The front desk loaned us an adapter so that we could charge our devices too. Overall a fantastic stay.
